Ligno Ochre is an attractive, low-cost option for decorating or refurbishing any bathroom or shower room. It is a creamy white in colour with the slightest touch of ochre (an orangey-brown – but the colour is almost imperceptible, it is so restrained).
Within our range of wall panels Ligno panels are probably come closest to resembling traditional wooden cladding as each panel is just 100mm wide with a matt, textured wood-grain finish. Popular for use in designs trying to emulate the “New England” style, they can be used as ceiling panels or on walls to provide a rustic look but with all of the advantages that modern PVC cladding can offer – nothing to varnish or paint, no maintenance, easy to clean and very easy to install.
When used in showers or over-bath situations we recommend a thin bead of silicone should be applied inside the joint of the groove of the tongue-and-groove system (the silicone will not be visible but it will ensure a water-tight joint).
