Bathroom Wall Panels – Spaceline Silver Grey
Our bathroom wall panels are the perfect solution if you are looking to tidy up your bathroom without spending a fortune.
This customer used our Spaceline Silver Grey panels on the walls of the bathroom to freshen up the overall look without having to resort to plastering or any building work . They liked them so much they even used the panels on the ceiling.
Most customers tend to use a white panel to provide a bit of a contrast but in all fairness the finished job looks pretty good using the same panels as the wall. This is not something we see very often so thought we’d include it in our gallery – food for thought!
Matching Wall Panels And Ceiling Panels
This is not a common route taken by our customers. There are several reasons why the vast majority choose a different wall and ceiling.
Firstly, coloured ceiling panels are slightly darker than white, whatever their design. The purpose of a white ceiling is to reflect as much light as possible. Admittedly the very light grey marble effect panels used here are not a major issue. But anything darker than this and it will have an effect on light levels.
Secondly, white ceiling panels give an impression of space. They actually make the room feel taller and less enclosed. The darker the colour used the worse it will feel.
Thirdly, using the same wall panels on your ceiling is not a common sight. People are used to white ceilings so anything that falls outside this norm looks odd. This is all down to personal taste of course. If you like something different, there is nothing stopping you going for it.
