Packs v Panels

Some of the panels sold by Bathroom Marquee are sold in pack quantities while some are sold individually. This is due to several factors.

All of our wall panels get dispatched directly from the UK importers' warehouses by national carriers. The cost of the carriage charged varies in bands according to the weight of the package.

When The Bathroom Marquee panelling website was established the first products added to the inventory were the Evol panels by Grosfillex . We were governed by the importers terms and conditions, which in the case of the Evol panels meant that the panels could be bought individually. As our range grew we added more panels, some available individually (Topline, Mineral) and some that the importers would only make available in pack quantities (Ambiance, all of the Decos range).

The shopping cart system used for our website can calculate carriage based on panels, or it can calculate carriage based on packs, but unfortunately cannot do both. We decided to continue with the shopping cart based on individual panels, but impose quantity restrictions when ordering panels that are only available in packs.

We realise that this can prove a little confusing and are actively seeking out alternative shopping cart software, but in the meantime we have left the system running as originally implemented as it enables customers to buy single panels from those ranges that allow it.
